About GM Dental Laboratory

GM Dental Laboratory is one of the UK's fastest-growing digital dental laboratories, specialising in full-arch implant rehabilitation, digital dentistry and advanced implant prosthetics.

We are investing heavily in digital workflows, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM technology and quality-control systems. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Digital Implant Technician / Head of Full-Arch CAD/CAM to lead our full-arch department and help build one of the highest-quality implant laboratories in the UK.

This is not a standard CAD/CAM role. You will take ownership of our entire digital full-arch workflow, improve quality, reduce remakes and work directly with clinicians and surgeons to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

The role

You will lead all technical aspects of implant-supported full-arch production, ensuring every restoration meets the highest standards of fit, function and aesthetics.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the digital implant department and manage workflows from scan to delivery
  • Design complex implant restorations in Exocad, including All-on-4 and All-on-X cases
  • Design monolithic zirconia restorations, PMMA provisional bridges and titanium bar-supported restorations
  • Review every complex implant case before production
  • Work directly with clinicians and implant surgeons
  • Support photogrammetry workflows
  • Manage CAD/CAM production, milling and CAM strategies
  • Support furnace and sintering protocols
  • Develop robust quality-control systems and documentation
  • Investigate remake cases and produce root-cause analyses
  • Create SOPs, train junior technicians and improve laboratory efficiency
  • Reduce turnaround times and support R&D of new digital workflows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
