We’re looking for a Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Inclusion team

The group responsible for creating learning experiences that help every Spotify band member grow, belong, and do their best work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design of learning experiences, from needs analysis and curriculum architecture through development, launch, and evaluation.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to identify performance needs and turn them into clear learning objectives and practical solutions.
  • Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats using evidence-based learning principles.
  • Create engaging learning materials, including eLearning, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, presentations, and micro-learning experiences.
  • Use visual design and storytelling to make complex ideas clear, memorable, and engaging while creating experiences that feel unmistakably Spotify.
  • Build interactive digital learning experiences using AI-assisted workflows and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Design inclusive learning experiences that reflect different perspectives, reduce barriers to participation, and support a culture of belonging.
  • Pilot and iterate on learning experiences using learner feedback, stakeholder input, and performance data.
  • Define meaningful measures of success and evaluate learning effectiveness, knowledge transfer, learner experience, and behavior change.
  • Manage multiple learning projects from initial scoping through delivery while creating clarity around priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Explore emerging approaches in learning design, including AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learning, and apply them where they can meaningfully improve the learner experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • You have a degree in instructional design, learning sciences, education, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
