The Role

Working with the Founder Director to lead and support on the overarching creator marketing strategy for clients, positioning creator partnerships as a core driver of brand growth, cultural relevance, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define long-term vision and roadmap for influencer and creator marketing with clients, aligning with wider digital, brand, and business objectives.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact, UK and multi-market (where relevant) influencer campaigns.
  • Oversee budgets, optimizing investment to deliver against outlined client business objectives.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging platforms, formats, and partnership models within the creator economy.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with top-tier creators, talent agencies, and strategic partners, negotiating complex, high-value agreements and long-term collaborations.
  • Champion a “creator-first” approach, embedding authenticity and cultural insight into all campaigns.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, helping the founding director manage client relationships.
  • Support and lead across experiential activations for clients, with a primary focus being UK festivals each summer.
  • Own governance and risk management for influencer activity, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (ASA/CAP) and safeguarding brand reputation.
  • Support on developing a high-performing digital and influencer marketing team, setting standards for excellence, and driving capability growth across the organization.
  • Support and manage with the team on the end-to-end campaign processes, assisting to ensure clients' campaigns are delivered to high standards, to brief, and hit timelines outlined.
  • Manage the team to create post-campaign reports, linking influencer activity to brand metrics, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
  • Manage the team to ensure internal processes are adhered to, including social media posts, maintaining case studies for the website, etc.
  • Mentor junior members of the team as part of their development within the company.
  • Translate data and insights into strategic recommendations, continuously refining approach to maximize effectiveness.
  • Work with the team to create UOR as an industry leader.

  • 5+ years of experience in creator marketing
  • Thorough understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, etc.) and social trends
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Sprout Social)
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
