Senior Digital Manager - Influencer Marketing
Fully Remote | Up to £50,000 DOE
The Opportunity
A growing, independent influencer marketing agency is looking for a Senior Digital Manager to join its close-knit team. The agency has built a strong reputation through long-term client relationships, high-profile creator campaigns and sustainable growth. Following significant expansion over the last year, this is an exciting opportunity for a senior influencer specialist to take ownership of major accounts and help shape the agency's next stage of growth.
The Role
Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will:
- Lead influencer strategy across a portfolio of high-profile consumer brands, ensuring creator activity delivers brand, cultural and commercial impact.
- Own the planning and delivery of UK and multi-market campaigns, from brief through to reporting.
- Act as a senior client lead, building trusted, long-term relationships and becoming a genuine expert extension of the client's team.
- Develop creator strategies from often niche and creatively-led briefs, identifying the right talent, formats and platforms.
- Build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies and strategic partners, including negotiating high-value partnerships.
- Identify emerging creators, platforms and trends and bring fresh thinking to client campaigns.
- Support experiential and UK festival activations, including on-set talent management where required.
- Oversee budgets, campaign performance, reporting and optimisation, connecting influencer activity to wider brand and business objectives.
- Ensure campaigns meet ASA/CAP compliance and agency standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing a high-performing influencer team.
- Help evolve internal processes, case studies and the agency's wider industry positioning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong creator and talent knowledge who is confident enough to own client relationships and take the lead. You'll ideally have:
- Strong agency-side influencer/creator marketing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK creator and talent landscape, including niche communities and emerging talent.
- Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, ideally across different formats and sectors.
- A confident, personable approach with the ability to build genuine client and creator relationships.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking - you're able to take a brief and know exactly who should deliver it and why.
- Experience managing budgets, negotiations and campaign reporting.
- A good understanding of ASA/CAP influencer regulations.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- On-set experience would be a strong advantage.
The Culture
This is a small, ambitious and genuinely relationship-led agency. They have deliberately grown sustainably and value people who want to build something long term. The environment is collaborative and entrepreneurial rather than overly corporate or hierarchical. You'll have significant autonomy, work closely with senior leadership and be encouraged to bring your own ideas and expertise to the table. They are particularly interested in someone who can become a trusted, senior extension of the existing team - someone with personality, confidence and a real passion for influencer marketing.
