Job Opportunity: Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator based in the United Kingdom.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen online visibility, generate qualified leads, and improve customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance, optimize digital experiences, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work across paid media, SEO, website management, marketing automation, and analytics while collaborating in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Accountabilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to achieve business growth objectives.
- Manage and improve paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, maximizing campaign performance and return on investment.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Optimize website performance through SEO best practices, user experience enhancements, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Maintain and update website content using WordPress while ensuring accuracy, functionality, and an excellent user experience.
- Coordinate social media publishing schedules and support content distribution across digital platforms.
- Build, manage, and optimize CRM and marketing automation campaigns to improve customer engagement and lead nurturing.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports, present recommendations, and collaborate with designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver marketing projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer journeys.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related marketing role.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, WordPress, and CRM platforms.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, website optimization, digital analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience coordinating multiple marketing projects while managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within remote and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience within education, training, regulated industries, or supporting distributed marketing teams is desirable.
