Our client is a global events and experiences company behind some of the world's leading live properties across arts, entertainment, sport and lifestyle.
They are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across their Arts & Entertainment portfolio, primarily Taste of London, The Chimney Lift, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and Hampton Court Palace Festival.
£33,000 to £37,000 based on experience
London | Hybrid | 3 days a week in office
This is a hands-on role focused on growing audiences, driving engagement and maximising ticket sales across social media, email, website, paid media and content.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across social, website and email
- Support end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from planning through to delivery
- Manage and optimise social media channels, staying ahead of trends and competitor activity
- Work with paid media teams and external partners on digital campaigns and partnerships
- Identify opportunities across content, influencers and partnerships to grow audiences and drive sales
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to improve results
- Support CRM and audience acquisition activity

What they're looking for
- Experience in a digital marketing or social media role
- Strong B2C marketing experience, ideally within events, entertainment, lifestyle, food, music or a similar consumer-facing environment
- A creative eye and strong content instincts, with excellent copywriting skills
- Confident using social platforms and up to date with current trends, technology and best practice
- Experience with CRM, Photoshop and CapCut (or similar)
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how digital activity drives engagement, conversion and sales
- Someone who is happy to be on-site at live events when required
- A genuine interest in live events, culinary, music and entertainment
