We are looking for
A commercially minded marketer who can turn HubSpot data into relevant campaigns, give Sales something useful to follow up, and show buyers that Wildfire does far more than team building.
Wildfire creates corporate events, conferences, venue solutions, parties, incentive experiences, and team building. We have our own equipment, an experienced delivery team, and plenty of strong work to talk about. The opportunity is to turn that evidence into marketing that creates awareness, conversations, and opportunities.
What you will do
- Use HubSpot to segment active, dormant, lapsed, and lost clients and selected prospects.
- Build and deliver targeted email campaigns, workflows, and reactivation activity.
- Connect marketing engagement to clear Sales follow-up and accurate CRM records.
- Produce evidence-led case studies that Sales can actually use.
- Run Wildfire's social channels and represent our complete events service accurately.
- Capture practical event content and maintain strong brand and copy standards.
- Coordinate content and commercial priorities with our specialist website and SEO partner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
