We’ll do this via an open and supportive environment where colleagues can share information, learn from one another, and excel in their own career. With consistent ways of working aligned to industry best practice, we'll build market visibility, deepen customer engagement, and contribute to sustainable growth for our market-leading services and offerings.
What You’ll Do
The Senior Digital Marketing Associate will design and execute digital strategies, specialising in promoting and optimising content across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising. The role will focus on increasing awareness of the work we do, building brand visibility, and driving revenue growth within the sector. You will also set up, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide detailed analytics and reporting on campaign effectiveness, including account engagement and marketing-influenced revenue, to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, account engagement, contact generation, and pipeline growth across Digital Services target markets.
- Lead execution across digital channels including web, email, marketing automation, paid media, SEO, PPC, and social media, ensuring activity is integrated, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
- Own the day-to-day management of Kainos Digital Services' social media presence, with particular focus on LinkedIn. This includes content scheduling, publishing, employee advocacy, community engagement, performance monitoring, and optimisation to increase reach, engagement, visibility, and audience growth across target markets.
- Work with content, sector marketing, and business stakeholders to develop and promote digital content that supports campaign objectives and strengthens Kainos' market presence.
- Manage and optimise marketing automation platforms and workflows to support campaign delivery, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and improve digital reporting, attribution, and performance dashboards, providing actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Sector marketing teams to align digital activity to engagement and pipeline goals, account priorities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Test, analyse, and optimise landing pages, user journeys, conversion funnels, and digital experiences through ongoing experimentation and performance improvement.
- Ensure the Digital Services website remains accurate, relevant, and optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search and discovery experiences, improving visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.
- Monitor emerging trends in search, AI, digital platforms, and customer behaviour, recommending and implementing improvements that strengthen Kainos' digital presence and effectiveness.
- Drive digital marketing best practice through continuous learning, testing, innovation, and optimisation across all digital channels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
