The opportunity
Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to take charge of their digital acquisition channels and marketing operations.
In this role, you will focus on turning web traffic and digital touchpoints into qualified business interest. You will manage their profiles on major software review platforms, fine-tune their CMS, and improve lead journeys through marketing automation.

What you will be doing
Digital acquisition and platform management
- Manage our client's profiles on major B2B review and marketplace platforms such as G2 and Clutch
- Run campaigns and customer review programmes to raise visibility and generate inbound enquiries
- Monitor inbound leads from third-party channels and assess return on investment
Website and performance optimisation
- Maintain and improve the company website using WordPress
- Identify areas where website visitors drop off and implement conversion rate improvements
- Keep the site aligned with current search engine optimisation practices
Marketing operations and automation
- Manage workflows, lead scoring, and routing in HubSpot to support sales follow-up
- Build structured campaign reports and track multi-touch attribution
- Provide clear monthly reporting on channel performance, web traffic, and marketing spend
Partner and budget coordination
- Coordinate relationships with external digital agencies, SEO tools, and software vendors
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and digital performance reporting

What success looks like
Within your first six months, you will have:
- Established a regular review generation schedule across key marketplace platforms
- Streamlined lead handoffs between HubSpot and the commercial teams
- Built clear analytics dashboards that show which channels produce the strongest engagement
What you will bring
- Solid commercial experience across B2B digital marketing, website management, or marketing operations
- Experience working for a B2B software or IT services company (essential)
- Practical experience managing and updating CMS platforms, particularly WordPress
- Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform
- Sound understanding of search engine optimisation, conversion optimisation, and tools such as Google Analytics 4 or Google Search Console
- Experience managing listings on B2B review platforms
- Strong analytical habits and comfort interpreting data to guide improvements
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
