About the Role
We're a growing AI SaaS business that is redefining the way people use and interact with AI and technology. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within a fast growing firm that's expanding its product offering and growing internationally. You'll develop strategies and creative campaigns, build the assets field teams need to activate partnerships and measure the impact.
You'll work closely with sales team so you can focus on getting campaigns live, optimised and reported.
This suits someone who has already run real campaigns on real budgets, knows their way around attribution data, and gets satisfaction from a result orientated outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta and Google Ads (search + intent-based targeting).
- Own analytics and attribution. Track spend through to pipeline in GA4 and HubSpot, keep tracking and tagging clean in GTM, and act on what the data shows (including killing what isn't working).
- Run our HubSpot marketing stack. Landing pages, workflows, lead scoring, campaign attribution, nurture sequences and reporting dashboards.
- Drive demand and lead generation. Think in the funnel (MQL → SQL → opportunity), manage cost-per-lead, and feed sales a clean, qualified pipeline.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate analysis, QA and campaign work across all the above.
- Ensure that content maps to campaigns and search/GEO goals.
- Move fast: run A/B tests, analyse performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
