Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Remote (UK or European based)
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing

About Conscium

Conscium is an early-stage AI startup. We have just launched VerifyAX, a simulation-based platform that verifies AI agents and scores their behaviour. We sell to enterprises putting agents into production, partners offering agentic transformation services and individual agent builders. We are small, fast, and building the marketing engine as we grow. We have a strong go-to-market strategy in place and need a hands-on digital marketer to help us turn that plan into reality.

This role suits someone who likes building in startup mode. You will own real channels from day one, see the impact of your work fast, and have room to grow as the company scales.

What you will do

Website support

  • Support the day-to-day running of conscium.com in HubSpot CMS. Build and edit pages, improve layout, embed media and publish content.
  • Help keep the site healthy. Watch page UX, accessibility, site speed and on-page issues, and fix or flag what needs fixing.
  • Work with the marketing lead and our development partner to keep the site aligned to brand and campaign priorities.

SEO and content marketing

  • Support execution of Conscium's SEO and AEO content strategy across our digital channels.
  • Optimise service pages, blog content and pillar pages that drive organic traffic and inbound enquiries.
  • Run keyword research, competitor analysis and on-page audits, and act on what you find.

Email nurture and CRM alignment

  • Build and manage nurture programmes for warm leads and upsell campaigns to existing customers.
  • Support lead scoring, segmentation and follow-up sequencing in HubSpot.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Desirable

  • Experience marketing an AI or deep-tech product. This is preferred, not required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and webinar platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar or ON24.
  • Comfortable working in a startup or early-stage environment where things change week to week.

What you will get

  • Competitive salary, plus remote working.
  • A senior team that has done this before. The people behind Conscium include founders who have built and sold AI companies, and operators who have scaled SaaS businesses with a proven track record. You work with them directly and draw on that experience as you build.
  • Real ownership. You grow into the role and help drive decisions.
  • A problem with no playbook. Agent verification is a new field. There's no established way to build most of what we're building, so you help define how it gets done.
  • Start-up experience that's hard to get elsewhere, so the work sets you up for whatever comes next, and you get to be part of a fast growing story from early on.
