This is that role...
Take ownership of a multi-million pound paid media budget across Google Ads, Meta and affiliate, working in-platform every day to test, optimise and scale what works. You'll lead a heritage fashion brand and two of its sister brands, with real room to stamp your mark on the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing Google Ads, Meta and affiliate hands-on, in-account.
- Overseeing organic SEO performance alongside the wider brand team.
- Setting KPIs, tracking performance and acting fast on what the data tells you.
- Running continuous tests and experiments to improve channel performance.
- Leading and coaching a small team, including a Paid Media Executive and an SEO Executive.

What you'll bring:
- A strong retail or e-commerce marketing background in a commercial environment.
- Genuine hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta accounts.
- A track record of building processes that drive revenue.
- Confidence managing a substantial paid media budget.
- Experience balancing tactical execution with strategic collaboration on brand.
- Some exposure to organic marketing.

- Hybrid: Monday to Wednesday on-site in Swindon, Thursday and Friday from home.
- This role suits candidates from a retail or e-commerce background. Purely lead-generation experience won't be the right fit.
