Wealthify is a digital wealth management platform, based in Cardiff, with a mission to make it really simple for people to invest with confidence.
Founded in 2016 to address the needs of a new generation of investors, Wealthify blends digital technology, expert investment management and close attention to our customers to make wealth creation more accessible.
Wealthify offers a range of investment accounts (Stocks & Shares ISA, Junior ISA (JISA), General Investment Account (GIA), Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP)) and savings accounts (Cash ISA, Instant Access Savings Account (IASA)) to give customers a range of ways to manage and grow their money.
With a proprietary technology platform, a seasoned and passionate team of experts, and a substantial base of customers and assets under management, Wealthify is now growing towards profitability under the ownership of Aviva plc, after successfully establishing itself as a digital disruptor in this huge market.
Main Spec / Requirements
- Hands-on Senior Paid (Digital Ads) Manager responsible for day-to-day management and optimisation, and owning roadmap and strategy planning for paid channels.
- Manage and optimise our existing PPC account(s) — including Search, PMax and Demand Gen campaigns — and set up, run and test paid social and other platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft/Bing, TikTok or similar).
- End-to-end ownership of campaign setup, targeting, bids/budgets, creative testing and performance optimisation.
- Strong practical understanding of audience strategy and segmentation, tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion tracking, GA4 or equivalent, UTM tagging; knowledge of server-side tracking an advantage).
- Experience working with landing page optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (A/B testing, basic CRO principles).
- Data-driven: comfortable analysing performance, building reports and drawing actionable insights to improve ROAS and CPA targets.
- Able to work independently with significant day-to-day autonomy, making tactical decisions without heavy supervision.
- Comfortable influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders; able to contribute to broader channel strategy in a small team.
- Collaborative: will work closely with Design, Data, Product and Compliance teams, so strong communication and process discipline are required.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, organised and proactive in proposing and running tests.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
