One of the UK's largest entertainment provider is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join its high performance marketing team on a 5 month FTC - likely to convert into a permanent role.
In this role you'll take ownership of a six-figure paid media budget for a household-name UK brand. You'll turn media investment into audience growth and ticket sales across 200+ events, 1.5 million fans per year, 500 activations, and 2.3 million visitors a year.
The Role
- Own the paid strategy and six-figure media budget across PPC, Meta and other channels, driving CPA and ROAS improvements.
- Run the full campaign lifecycle, from arena on-sale bursts to always-on residency models, including targeting, creative and testing.
- Build reporting and attribution that make paid contribution visible, manage agencies and partners, and develop the marketing team.

About you
- 5+ years in performance marketing, with expert hands-on command of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Have owned a paid media function outright, setting strategy, targets and six-figure budgets against CPA and ROAS.
- Thrive juggling lots of fixed-date campaigns alongside always-on activity.
- Solid grasp of conversion tracking, A/B testing and reporting (GA4, GTM, CAPI), with the instinct to question figures that don’t reconcile.
- A credible, collaborative leader who develops experienced marketers (live entertainment, ticketing or venue marketing experience is a real plus).
