🏎️ WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER | SPORT. F1. DIGITAL. AI.

Want to work at the intersection of Formula 1, global sport, digital platforms and emerging technology?

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the Digital & Content team at Right Formula, helping some of the world’s biggest brands maximise the impact of their sports partnerships.

This isn’t a traditional media buying role.

You’ll be shaping where, when and how sponsorship content reaches fans – across social, search, paid amplification, brand-owned platforms and the rapidly evolving world of AI discovery and answer engines.

You’ll work across three key areas: 🔎 Discovery – improving how our clients and their partnerships appear across search and AI platforms. 📱 Platforms & Distribution – owning the strategy behind where content lives, how it’s distributed and how we optimise performance in real time. 🚀 Amplification – using paid support to capitalise on the moments that matter, from major sporting events to content that suddenly starts flying.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll need genuine hands-on digital expertise. We’re looking for someone who understands organic and paid distribution, is comfortable owning budgets and analytics, and can confidently advise clients on what’s working, what isn’t and what we should do next.

Experience in sport, sponsorship, entertainment or motorsport would be a big advantage – and if you understand the unique opportunities and challenges of working around F1 race weekends, live content and rights, even better.
