Burgers & Fries and Incredible Careers

We're the burger restaurant with the uncomplicated formula: burgers and fries cooked to perfection, with no frozen ingredients. We've stuck to the same "perfect and serve" philosophy since our family business began in 1986.

Today, we're still every bit the family business we started as. We're passionate about what we do, act with integrity, thrive on healthy competition, and always find a way to get the job done, whatever the challenge.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape the digital customer experience across Five Guys UK and our European markets, including France, Germany and Spain.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you'll own the end-to-end digital customer journey across Rewards, CRM, website, kiosks, Click & Collect, delivery platforms and drive-thru experiences. You'll be responsible for developing the digital roadmap, driving customer loyalty and ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers a seamless, engaging and commercially effective experience.

This is a strategically important role, combining digital marketing, customer experience, loyalty, technology and commercial leadership, with the opportunity to make a significant impact across a growing international business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the digital customer journey across all customer-facing platforms and touchpoints.
  • Owning the Rewards programme strategy, performance and future roadmap.
  • Driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and visit frequency through CRM and loyalty initiatives.
  • Developing and delivering the digital experience roadmap across multiple markets.
  • Partnering with IT teams and technology providers to enhance digital platforms and customer experiences.
  • Leading testing, optimisation and continuous improvement across digital channels.
  • Supporting new store openings, menu launches, promotions and digital innovation projects.
  • Managing relationships with key technology and digital partners.
  • Monitoring digital performance, customer behaviour and loyalty metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Managing and developing the Digital Marketing Executive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
