Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Own the paid strategy and six-figure media budget across PPC, Meta and other channels, driving CPA and ROAS improvements.
  • Run the full campaign lifecycle, from arena on-sale bursts to always-on residency models such as Peppa Pig Space Adventure, including targeting, creative and testing.
  • Build reporting and attribution that make paid contribution visible, manage agencies and partners, and develop the marketing team.

About You

Our ideal candidate will…

  • Bring 8+ years in performance marketing with expert, hands-on command of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Have owned a paid media function outright – setting strategy, targets and six-figure budgets against CPA and ROAS.
  • Thrive juggling a high volume of fixed-date campaigns alongside sustained always-on activity.
  • Have a solid understanding of conversion tracking, A/B testing and reporting (GA4, GTM, CAPI), with the instinct to question figures that don't reconcile.
  • Be a credible, collaborative leader who develops experienced marketers – live entertainment, ticketing or venue marketing experience is a real plus.
