Job Description:
About Safer Group
Safer Group is a security technology company delivering autonomous protection solutions across multiple sectors, including construction, retail, void / vacant property, public safety and policing, and rail - environments where the stakes are high, response times matter, and downtime is costly. Our marketing function is being built around a modern demand generation engine: clean attribution, a maturing martech stack, and an authority-led content and design strategy pointed at our priority verticals. This is a continuously growing role, and a chance to support the digital side of our marketing ambitions.
The Role
You’ll be heavily involved in the end-to-end direction of Safer Group’s digital marketing & commercial activity: campaigns, paid media, SEO/GEO, analytics and the wider digital customer journey will form large parts of the remit. This is a commercial role and a digital role. We judge marketing by its contribution to qualified pipeline and revenue, brand perception and value - not vanity metrics. We’re looking for someone who is equal parts creative, technical, and analytical.
What You’ll Work On
- Evolving the digital campaign strategy and delivery: plan, build and optimise integrated campaigns across our verticals, from positioning and audience through to creative briefing, launch and reporting.
- Paid media: Google Ads end to end, plus paid social and emerging channels. Drive efficiency and conversion quality, not just volume.
- SEO and GEO: Drive technical and content to build our visibility in generative/AI-driven search, as well as traditional search rankings. A core objective is shifting demand capture away from brand-driven search towards non-brand commercial intent.
- Conversion and the digital journey: assist with landing pages, forms, booking flows and conversion-rate optimisation so digital presence translates into qualified enquiries.
- Measurement and attribution: run analytics and reporting. Implement and maintain robust tracking, including tag management.
- Martech and AI: Assist in optimising the digital stack (Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Mailchimp, Zapier and Pipedrive), and embed AI tooling to scale content production, campaign output and insight.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
