We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (12-Month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover) in our London office.

Department Overview

The EMEA Digital Marketing team sits within Consumer Marketing and drives customer acquisition and demand across the region, managing a performance media portfolio of more than €20M a year across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Performance Influencer, SEO and Display. Reporting into the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing & Analytics, you will lead a team of six channel specialists and agency partners during a maternity cover period, shaping how the business invests in growth and bringing our Media Mix Modelling insights to life.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Performance

    • Lead EMEA digital marketing strategy and performance across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Performance Influencer and emerging commerce channels.
    • Own cross-channel investment planning, forecasting and budget allocation to maximise revenue growth and marketing efficiency.
    • Monitor performance across channels and markets, identifying risks, opportunities and clear actions to improve results.
    • Support strategic planning, testing programmes and continuous optimisation across the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Paid Search Leadership

    • Act as the senior subject matter expert for Paid Search and Shopping across the region.
    • Provide strategic oversight of campaign structure, bidding, budgeting, automation, Performance Max and product feed optimisation.
    • Challenge agency recommendations using commercial outcomes, data and business context.
    • Drive testing, optimisation and innovation within Search to improve performance and efficiency.
    • Partner with SEO and AEO teams to maximise overall search and LLM visibility.
  • Measurement & Insight

    • Use multiple measurement approaches, including analytics, platform data and Media Mix Modelling, to improve investment decisions and drive incremental growth.
    • Lead the interpretation and adoption of Media Mix Modelling findings, turning insights into clear budget and channel recommendations.

  • Team & Partner Leadership

    • Lead and develop a team of six channel specialists, including three direct reports, providing direction, prioritisation and support while maintaining clear accountability.
    • Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring high standards of execution, insight, reporting and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Represent Digital Marketing in senior stakeholder forums, providing clear performance updates and investment recommendations.
    • Partner closely with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Analytics, Finance and Global teams to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.

You’ll Need to Have

  • Significant experience leading multi-channel digital marketing programmes and media investment, ideally within retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven people leadership experience, guiding specialist teams and agency partners.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Shopping, including Google Ads, SA360 (or equivalent), bidding strategies, account structure and performance optimisation.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts and investment reallocations across channels and markets.
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement, including digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), incrementality testing and Media Mix Modelling.
  • A highly commercial and analytical approach, comfortable translating data into actionable business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead both strategic conversations and detailed channel reviews.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
