Role Description
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading strategic and hands-on digital marketing initiatives for service-based clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing online campaigns across channels such as paid media, social media, and email, with a strong focus on performance and ROI. The role involves overseeing campaign analytics, developing data-driven recommendations, and coordinating with content, web development, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive marketing systems. The Senior Online Marketing Manager will manage client communication, provide strategic guidance, and create clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes. This position also contributes to refining internal processes, identifying growth opportunities for clients, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

- Strong skills in digital Marketing and Marketing, with a proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel digital strategies.
- Expertise in Performance Marketing, including campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, managing paid and organic social campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce principles and customer acquisition funnels, particularly for service-based or online-focused businesses.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) and the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with or overseeing content creation, SEO, and web development to support integrated marketing systems.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to present strategies and results clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Several years of experience in senior digital marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally within an agency or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
