Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Portfolio - 11 Hotels across Europa)
Location: London (with regular travel across Europe)
We are an owner-operated international hospitality group, with European operations based in London. The portfolio includes 11 hotels across key European cities, spanning the Miiro lifestyle brand, the established K+K Hotels collection, and a landmark historic hotel in Hamburg.
We believe in a more thoughtful and personal way to travel — one that brings guests closer to the character of each neighbourhood. Creating ‘Brilliantly Considered Stays’ sits at the heart of everything we do, leaving guests inspired and connected to the places they visit.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving direct revenue growth and elevating our digital marketing performance.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and implementing Miiro's digital marketing strategy across the portfolio. You will lead digital performance across paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and email marketing, ensuring all activity is aligned to commercial objectives and delivers measurable results.
Working closely with Executive Leadership, Commercial, Brand Marketing and hotel teams, you will provide expert guidance on digital investment, performance measurement and growth opportunities while managing a network of specialist agency partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Digital Strategy & Brand.com Growth
- Support the development of Miiro's annual digital marketing strategy and lead its execution across the portfolio.
- Translate commercial priorities into clear digital objectives, channel strategies and investment plans.
- Forecast Brand.com performance and identify opportunities to drive direct revenue growth.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, forecasting and investment allocation.
- Monitor key commercial and digital performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
