Senior Digital Marketing Manager | London (Hybrid)

The Brand

I’m partnering with a well-established and highly recognised retail brand that is entering an exciting phase of digital growth.

With a loyal customer base, strong market presence and ambitious plans to accelerate online performance, they are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the digital acquisition strategy and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital leader who wants real ownership, influence and the ability to make a measurable commercial impact.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy across paid and owned channels, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and improved online performance.

Working closely with e-commerce, CRM, creative and commercial teams, you’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimising investment and building a high-performing digital ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
