Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Islington, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £55k - £70k range (dependent on experience)
Our client, a leading player in the retail fashion industry, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to refine and deliver a worldwide traffic acquisition strategy across multiple markets and devices, driving sales growth and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and implement the worldwide online marketing and traffic acquisition strategy.
- Deliver performance and financial objectives while managing marketing spend effectively.
- Analyse traffic activity and produce insightful reports to refine marketing efforts.
- Lead the Digital Marketing Executive and foster team development.
- Collaborate with agencies to optimise PPC, SEO, Affiliate, and Display campaigns.
- Manage advertising tags, Google My Business, and affiliate relationships to boost visibility and sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in online marketing within the fashion or retail sector.
- Proven track record in a sales-driven commercial environment, with strong SEM marketing skills.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Line management experience and excellent copywriting skills for web content.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- A clear communicator who can simplify complex data.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about fashion and lifestyle brands, with strong negotiation skills.
