Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: London
Contract: 16-month maternity cover
Working Model: Hybrid

We’re partnering with a prominent London-based charity delivering a vital frontline service to people across the capital. The organisation is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital function, manage and develop a growing team, and strengthen how its online channels engage audiences and generate income.

This is a broad, hands-on role with immediate ownership of the next phase of the charity’s website redevelopment. You’ll improve user journeys and online conversion, turn existing insight into a measurable action plan and build a more connected approach across web, content, email, social and paid media. You’ll bring clarity and momentum to an evolving function, combining strategic direction with the willingness to get close to delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
