Senior Digital Media Executive

Harrington Partners is supporting an established UK health and wellbeing brand in appointing a commercially focused and data-driven Senior Digital Media Executive.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will lead and optimize paid media performance, with direct ownership of budgets and commercial results across Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates. This is a hands-on role combining strategic media planning, campaign management, and performance analysis to drive profitable e-commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Own paid media performance across Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates
  • Manage budgets and optimise spend against ROAS, ROI, CPA, revenue, and profit targets
  • Develop and execute media plans aligned with commercial objectives
  • Launch, test, optimise, and scale campaigns using performance data
  • Respond quickly to trading performance with targeted channel solutions
  • Maintain clear reporting that connects channel activity to commercial outcomes
  • Present weekly performance updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Build commercial cases for changes to budget and channel investment
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, design, and CRO teams
  • Manage relationships with agencies, media platforms, and technology partners

About you

  • Proven experience managing paid media channels with direct ownership of budgets and results
  • Strong hands-on campaign management experience across relevant platforms
  • Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, and revenue performance
  • Proficient in GA4 or equivalent analytics tools and platform reporting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Confident presenting results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable business impact
