Role Overview
We’re searching for a detail-oriented Senior Digital Media Executive to join our growing digital media team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multi-channel campaigns, including Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube/video, Display/retargeting and, where relevant Reddit, TikTok and Nextdoor.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside strategy, content, analytics, Ad Operations, SEO, Account Service and Web/Development functions. You will take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery across assigned accounts while contributing to media strategy, planning, measurement and client recommendations across a range of global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, X and Nextdoor, with exposure to YouTube/video, Display/retargeting, programmatic and CTV/OTT activity where relevant.
- Take ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring activity is implemented accurately, on time and in line with agreed performance objectives and best practices.
- Contribute to and, where appropriate, lead the development of paid digital strategies and media plans, including audience research, channel selection, forecasting, budget allocation and use of industry tools.
- Manage media budgets and pacing, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure campaigns are delivered in line with performance objectives and client requirements.
- Own campaign setup, trafficking and pre-launch QA, including account structure, naming conventions, budgets, targeting, creative, URLs, platform settings and tracking requirements.
- Implement and maintain measurement requirements, including GA4/GTM, conversion tracking, UTM/tagging governance, platform pixels and other relevant tracking or integration requirements, working with specialist teams where needed.
- Monitor campaign performance, carry out ongoing optimisation and maintain accurate performance tracking across relevant platforms and reporting tools.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify actionable insights, trends, testing opportunities and recommendations to improve performance across channels and networks.
- Contribute to client reports, performance reviews and status meetings, presenting accurate data, analysis and clear recommendations and responding professionally to client questions.
- Build effective day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as a reliable paid media contact for agreed workstreams.
- Work collaboratively with Account Service, Analytics, Ad Operations, SEO, Creative/Content, Web/Development and other internal teams to deliver high-quality client work.
- Support the identification and testing of new opportunities across channels, networks, formats and platform features to improve campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends, platform updates, measurement changes and best practices, and share relevant learning with the wider team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 18+ months of experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social platforms; experience across video, Display/retargeting, programmatic or CTV/OTT is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience owning day-to-day campaign delivery and contributing to paid digital strategy, media planning and client deliverables.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, account structure, targeting, tracking, trafficking, QA, budget management and reporting.
- Practical understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM/tagging and platform measurement requirements.
- Experience using reporting and analysis tools to monitor performance, derive insights and make optimisation recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in campaign and budget management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with confidence contributing to client conversations and presenting performance insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, budget management and reporting.
- Passion for digital marketing, curiosity about emerging channels and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
