π About the Role
Our agency partner is an ambitious, fast-growing media agency based in the heart of Leeds. With a modern approach to media planning and buying, they work across both digital and traditional channels to deliver joined-up campaigns that create real results for their clients.
As part of their continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Digital Paid Media Executive to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to play a genuine role in helping build a modern media agency.
You'll take ownership of client campaigns from planning through to reporting, working hands-on across Paid Social, Paid Search and wider media channels while collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver high-performing campaigns and exceptional client service.
π― Key Responsibilities
π Media Planning & Campaign Delivery

Plan, activate and optimise digital media campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search.
β
Support wider integrated media strategies across both digital and offline channels.
β
Manage campaigns from brief through to reporting, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and aligned to client objectives.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.

π Data & Performance

Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, budgets and objectives.
β
Produce clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
β
Use campaign data to inform future planning and improve overall performance.
π€ Client Management
β
Build strong day-to-day relationships with clients and become a trusted point of contact.
β
Lead regular client updates and confidently contribute to meetings and presentations.
β
Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives and target audience.
π Agency Growth
β
Support new business activity through research, insight gathering and pitch preparation.
β
Contribute ideas that improve agency processes, reporting and ways of working.
β
Stay up to date with emerging platforms, technologies and media trends.
β
Support and mentor junior team members as the agency continues to grow.
π What We're Looking For
β
At least 2 years' experience in media planning and buying with strong hands-on digital experience.
β
Strong knowledge of Paid Social and Paid Search platforms.
β
Experience managing client relationships and delivering campaigns from planning through to reporting.
β
Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into meaningful insights.
β
Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills.
β
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing agency environment.
Bonus Points
β Experience planning campaigns across both digital and traditional media.
β Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Nielsen, YouGov, TGI or Touchpoints.
β Interest in automation, AI and improving media planning processes.
