Role

The MR PORTER team are now seeking a talented Senior Digital Performance Executive to join our Digital Marketing team based in our offices in London, Shepherd's Bush. Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our paid search activity, optimising campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the delivery of best-in-class digital marketing strategies. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

  • Location: Our Westfield office in London
  • Team Size: 4 (Approx.), as part of a wider Digital Marketing team
  • Reporting into: Digital Marketing Manager
  • Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office, 1 at home)

Here's a Breakdown Of What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other key search platforms, driving performance and efficiency.
  • Develop paid search strategies that support business objectives while maximising return on investment.
  • Manage and optimise significant media budgets, making commercially driven decisions based on data and performance.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Analytics and E-commerce teams to align activity, share insights and drive best practice.
  • Identify and implement new testing opportunities, automation solutions and optimisation techniques to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver regular reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee product feed management and ensure promotional activity is accurately integrated into paid search campaigns.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of paid search best practices.
  • Mentor and support colleagues within the paid search team, sharing knowledge and encouraging ongoing development.

The Type Of Person We Are Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search, with at least 3 years' experience managing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Experience working with Google Shopping, Merchant Center and product feeds.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Experience managing significant campaign budgets with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
  • Good understanding of bidding strategies, automation tools and advanced optimisation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Previous mentoring or team support experience would be advantageous.
  • A proactive, adaptable and commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
