Senior Digital PR Consultant
Belta PR is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Digital PR Consultant to join us for an exciting next stage.
We know there are plenty of digital PR roles out there. So, why this one?
Since launching at the beginning of 2025, Belta PR has grown quickly, building a brilliant roster of e-commerce clients across home, health and lifestyle.
But we’re still small enough for you to make your mark.
You won’t be pigeonholed into one account, sector or part of the PR process, and as Belta PR grows, there’ll be opportunities for your role to grow with it too.
We want to understand what you’re brilliant at, what you enjoy and where you want to take your career, rather than handing you a fixed path from day one.
And while we’re ambitious about the work we produce and where we’re taking Belta PR, we also want this to be somewhere you genuinely enjoy working. That means trust, flexibility, a good work-life balance and no unnecessary red tape.
Where you come in
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who genuinely enjoys doing digital PR, but has the experience to bring their own judgement and perspective to the work too.
- You’ll come up with campaigns you can’t wait to take to press, but you’ll also think about the reason behind them. Does the idea make sense for the brand? Does it connect with what matters commercially to the client? Or is it being created for coverage’s sake?
- You’ll also have strong news judgement, understand what makes journalists care and know when a reactive opportunity is genuinely worth pursuing.
- And you’ll be interested in the bigger picture too. How is our work contributing to organic performance and brand authority? Where are our clients showing up across search and LLMs? What are the results telling us, and what can we learn from them?
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re not looking for someone to simply follow a strategy. You’ll work closely with our founder, bringing your own experience, ideas and perspective while shaping the work together.
Where you’ll make your mark
There’ll be plenty of variety across our clients and the work we do. You’ll be:
- Contributing to digital PR strategies and planning alongside our founder
- Developing and delivering creative digital PR campaigns that align with our clients’ commercial goals
- Creating press releases, pitches and other media materials with target publications and journalists in mind
- Using data, research and client insights to uncover strong, newsworthy stories
- Spotting and acting on relevant reactive PR opportunities
- Developing expert-led PR opportunities around relevant news, trends and topics
- Identifying product PR opportunities and pitching products to relevant media
- Building strong, long-term relationships with journalists
- Reporting on results and using those learnings to strengthen future activity
What we’re looking for
You’ll already have strong hands-on digital PR experience and a track record of securing relevant coverage and links across UK media.
Beyond that, we’re looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent writer and communicator
- Has strong news judgement and an instinct for what makes a good story
- Thinks commercially and considers the bigger picture, not just the link
- Understands how digital PR supports SEO, organic performance and brand authority
- Is curious about where the industry is going, including the growing role of LLMs in search and visibility
- Has an opinion and feels comfortable sharing it, while being equally open to other perspectives
- Is proactive, collaborative and happy working in a small, growing consultancy
