M&C Saatchi World Services

M&C Saatchi World Services is part of the M+C Saatchi Group, a global creative solutions company headquartered in the UK, with major hubs across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Guided by the belief that cutting-edge communications and technologies can change the world, we help our clients solve some of the world’s most complex challenges — operating at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and impact to shape narratives, influence behaviour, and deliver meaningful real-world outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the planning and delivery of websites, platforms and other interactive digital experiences. The role combines production, creative, design and technical delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams to determine how ideas should be made, who should deliver them, what they will cost and how they can be brought to life without compromising creative ambition or quality. You will act as a trusted production partner, contributing practical and technical expertise from the earliest stages of a project.

Alongside strong production judgement, you will bring the project management skills needed to structure complex digital work, select appropriate delivery approaches and keep multiple workstreams aligned through to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of websites, platforms, digital campaigns and interactive experiences, from initial brief and scoping through to launch.
  • Partner with creative, design and technical teams to shape ideas into achievable and effective digital solutions.
  • Recommend the most appropriate production approach, delivery model and resourcing requirements for each project.
  • Assess the feasibility of creative ideas and identify practical or technical solutions that protect the quality and intent of the work.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks or blockers, escalating issues and decisions when needed with clear recommendations.
  • Translate briefs into clear scopes, estimates, production plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Use sound commercial judgement to balance creative ambition, user needs, technical feasibility, budget and delivery constraints.
  • Brief, commission and manage specialist suppliers, freelancers and development partners when necessary.
  • Provide informed feedback throughout production, including on user journeys, wireframes, designs, prototypes and developed products.
  • Manage and consolidate feedback from stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage production budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies and changes to scope, with clear reporting and appropriate controls throughout delivery.
  • Select and apply appropriate project management methodologies and principles according to the size, complexity and needs of each project.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, approval routes and ways of working, keeping multiple workstreams and dependencies coordinated.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs, production reviews, client presentations and key decision-making sessions.
  • Coordinate quality assurance, user acceptance testing, launch readiness and handover.
  • Contribute production expertise to bids, pitches, proposals and early client conversations.
  • Support the Head of Production in developing digital production standards, templates, processes and ways of working across the business.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled production tools and workflows where they can improve quality, speed or efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
