We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Digital Product Executive to join our Online Business team and play a key role in shaping and delivering seamless digital experiences across The Perfume Shop website and app.

You’ll support the delivery of our digital product roadmap, helping to turn customer insight, business priorities and digital opportunities into effective solutions that improve customer experience, engagement, conversion and commercial performance. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help drive the continuous evolution of our digital experience.

Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of The Perfume Shop’s digital product roadmap, coordinating website and app initiatives from concept through to launch.
  • Gather, document and refine business requirements, ensuring stakeholder needs are translated into clear and actionable delivery plans.
  • Manage product backlogs, user stories and delivery documentation, ensuring priorities are clear and ready for development teams.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring digital enhancements remain on track and risks are managed effectively.
  • Analyse website and app performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, helping to deliver great customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working within a digital, eCommerce, product or online trading environment.
  • Experience managing projects, digital enhancements or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and delivery management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Confidence gathering and translating business requirements into clear user stories, documentation and delivery plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use customer insight and performance data to inform recommendations.
  • A collaborative approach, curiosity for digital innovation and a passion for improving customer experiences.
