We make health happen

At Bupa, we're transforming the way people access and experience healthcare. We're looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development of innovative digital products and customer journeys that improve health outcomes and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Health Services team at a pivotal point in our digital transformation journey. You'll take ownership of strategically important healthcare experiences, helping to shape the future of how customers engage with Bupa across digital channels.

Working within a multidisciplinary product team, you'll define product vision, shape strategy, and lead the delivery of customer-centric solutions that solve real-world healthcare challenges. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, technology and commercial teams, using data, customer insight and market trends to drive meaningful change.

If you're passionate about creating intuitive digital experiences, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in an environment where you can influence strategy while delivering tangible outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

How you'll make health happen

  • Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of customer-facing digital healthcare products and services.
  • Lead the discovery, design and delivery of digital experiences that improve customer outcomes and simplify healthcare journeys.
  • Use customer insight, behavioural data and market trends to identify opportunities and prioritise the work that delivers the greatest impact.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs remain at the centre of product decision-making.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into clear product solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement across key customer journeys, including digital self-service, appointment booking, and healthcare access experiences.
  • Lead and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation, building alignment around product priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Measure product performance through OKRs, customer feedback and business outcomes, ensuring products continually evolve to meet changing customer needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and customer-centric thinking within your product squad.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
