Overview

The Senior Digital Sales Manager role will sell market-leading digital-only client advertising solutions across display, branded content, video, programmatic, social & audio across all platforms to their agency patch, reporting into the Head of Digital Advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for growing digital Advertising sales by building strong relationships across all levels within an allocated portfolio of agencies and securing integrated deals across multiple digital channels.
  • Proactively selling advertising solutions to new teams and clients within Hold Co Advertising agencies beyond core publishing planning and buying teams.
  • Defining ambitious growth objectives for the agency portfolio through detailed business planning.
  • Responding to cross-platform advertising briefs incorporating products across all platforms to a high standard.
  • Adopting a thorough and analytical approach to advertising digital sales by utilising first-party data insights and audience platforms to create effective campaign responses and strategic recommendations.
  • Driving collaboration with wider commercial teams to identify, sell, and implement new revenue opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with Ad Operations and Account Management teams to maximise campaign performance while delivering excellent customer service throughout.

  • Strong background in digital advertising sales, particularly video advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Established network within Hold co media agencies.
  • Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
