The role:
We are currently looking to add a Senior Digital Strategist to our dynamic team, working across our B2B clients in the Industrial, Science and Technology sectors.
Move is looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual who is experienced in building multichannel digital campaigns, to become our new Senior Digital Strategist. This person will have ultimate ownership of the digital dimension of all Move’s retained clients, creating strategies, helping on implementation where needed and also managing direct reports as well as any subcontractors. In what is a rapidly growing area of the business, this person will play a key role in ensuring that digital channels are performing in harmony to maximise results for Move’s global client base.

Reporting into the Managing Director, the role offers plenty of opportunity to develop and progress. With ambitious growth plans, it’s an exciting time to join the company!
Key responsibilities:
- Be the main source of knowledge for digital strategy and channel selection within the agency, including leadership in the management and selection of different digital channels
- Guide the team and lead on the execution of multi-channel campaigns and website projects
- Writing digital marketing proposals for prospects and also strategic consultancy pieces for clients as part of Move’s unique “8 moves of B2B” framework
- Creating and implementing a strategy for ROI-focused campaigns, working alongside other departments
- Contribute to the broader marketing strategy of Move clients
- Tying everything together digitally, establishing clear workflows for clients and internal colleagues that show why we are using a particular channel and how it integrates with others
- Ensuring Move is hitting its targets for clients and suggesting and driving tactical adjustments where this is not the case
- Overseeing the production of monthly and quarterly client digital reports
- Line management responsibility as well as external subcontractors
- Building out the internal Digital team further with a series of new hires in the next 18 months

Skills and competencies:
- Has 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing
- Marketing agency experience is essential, with B2B experience preferred
- Experience in managing digital strategies across campaigns, websites and always-on digital marketing activity
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven, strategic thinking
- Strong initiative and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Has a pragmatic and adaptable approach to problem-solving
- Has a clear understanding of how to structure and evaluate multichannel campaigns
