Senior Digital Talent Coordinator at The Soho Agency

Contract: Fixed-term until 18th December, full-time (with the potential to become permanent)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 6pm

Location: Soho, London (office-based)

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Start Date: As soon as possible

The role:

The Soho Agency is looking for a full-time Senior Digital Talent Coordinator to join our award-winning Digital department.

This role is suited to someone with previous experience in creator management, talent representation or influencer marketing who is ready for the next step in their career. You’ll have a keen interest in content creators, social media and a passion for the entertainment industry. The role will suit someone highly organised who can work quickly and effectively. You’ll need to manage tasks that carry responsibility, such as liaising with clients and handling the back and forth of fast-moving campaigns, as well as more administrative tasks such as calendar management and invoicing.

The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive and articulate, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.

  • Previous experience (approx. 2-3 years) within a talent agency, creator management, influencer marketing or a similar media environment is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and emerging digital platforms.
  • Experience coordinating commercial partnerships or brand campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence liaising professionally with creators, brands, agencies and colleagues.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Discretion, professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience preparing contracts or deal memos would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for digital talent, the entertainment industry and the wider creative sector.

Job specification:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of an established roster of leading digital creators.
  • Coordinating commercial partnerships from confirmation through to campaign completion.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day administration of campaigns between brands, agencies and creators.
  • Managing campaign timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements.
  • Creating and updating media packs, pitch materials and creator information.
  • Supporting brand outreach and responding to new commercial opportunities.
  • Preparing deal memos, tracking contracts and supporting the contracting process.
  • Liaising with the Finance team to generate invoices, reconcile campaigns and chase outstanding payments.
  • Managing busy inboxes, responding to enquiries and prioritising correspondence on behalf of senior agents.
  • Assisting with creator enquiries, fan mail and general day-to-day client communications.
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases, systems and campaign records.
  • Supporting website updates and company social media where required.
  • Preparing for industry events, including VidCon, Cannes Lions, MIPCOM and similar.
  • Providing proactive administrative and operational support across the Digital department as required.
  • Any other day-to-day responsibilities that arise from working within a busy independent agency.
