Role purpose
Responsible for managing the product launch process across all Jigsaw.com working with merch, copy and photography teams to ensure timely launch of all products. Managing the website category hierarchy, filters and navigation as well as search and merch execution across categories, internal search and product recommendations.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end asset launch process, ensuring copy, image and product information is delivered on time to ensure items go live on stock arrival into the warehouse. Troubleshoot any price/image/copy issues online. Work with key stakeholders to achieve this.
- Perform daily site walks on the website to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions and merchandising rules.
- Brief the design team on content changes for campaign launches, seasonal changes and new services in a clear and concise way to ensure assets are created in time for launch dates.
- Upload content across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, and Blogs in the Shopify back office.
- Create new categories, manage the category hierarchy, internal search terms and on site navigation.
- Create and maintain discount codes for site wide launch codes, influencer codes and staff discount codes ensuring they are all recorded on a tracker and provide insights into performance.
- Manage Shopify back office to ensure the system and apps are up to date and working efficiently.
- Work along side the business transformation team on new website enhancements and support with trouble shooting issues and testing website fixes.
- Supporting the Trading Manager on day to day and weekly reporting of site performance using GA4 and internal reporting systems.
