Responsibilities
- Provide staff leadership
- Ensure clinical needs of residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are met
- Overseeing functions of the group home
- Creating and maintaining a nurturing and supportive environment

Requirements
- Strong Leadership, Organizational and Schedule management skills
- Proficiency in recreational planning
- Problem solving, Time Management, Flexibility and Attention to Detail
- Conflict Resolution and Interpersonal Skills
- Previous experience with IDD population Required
- 2-year degree or higher in relevant fields Required
Qualifications:

- Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
