Program Manager
Location: UK Office, London

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong foundation in Project Management to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across projects.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on program status and performance metrics.
- Facilitate program meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong Project Management knowledge and experience, including proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with program management tools and software.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a program context.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in program and project management.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale programs and managing cross-functional teams.
