Airalo is looking for a Senior Director, Brand to own our global brand strategy and lead the team that brings it to life across every market and every product line — B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll sit on the marketing leadership team, own the brand P&L conversation, and lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning brand management, creative, and brand systems.
This is a senior leadership role: you're not just executing brand strategy, you're setting it, building the team and structure to scale it, and developing the next generation of brand leaders underneath you.
What You'll Do
Brand Strategy & Vision
- Own Airalo's global brand strategy and roadmap, grounded in a deep understanding of users, market trends, competitive landscape, and category data.
- Set brand direction, product launch strategy, and go-to-market plans across all active regions (APAC, Arabia & Africa, Europe, North & South America).
- Represent brand at the marketing leadership table — advising the CMO and cross-functional leaders (Product, Growth, Partnerships) on brand implications of major decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
