Business Development Director - IT Managed Services | Cloud | Cyber Security

The Role

An established technology services business is expanding its sales team and is looking for an experienced Business Development Director to drive new logo acquisition.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close, with a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities already in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Win new business and develop new customer relationships
  • Engage with senior decision-makers across IT and the wider business
  • Manage complex sales cycles from discovery through to close
  • Build and present commercially focused solutions
  • Work with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting
  • Ensure successful handover into delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Proven new business success within IT, MSP, or managed services
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, and/or Cyber Security
  • Comfortable selling at C-suite level
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or similar
  • Commercially driven with a strong track record of winning new logos
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
