LET’S DISRUPT THE MODERN WORLD OF DATA MANAGEMENT & SECURITY TOGETHER
This leadership role oversees and expands the EMEA Customer Success (CS) organization, ensuring our customers achieve meaningful outcomes, accelerating adoption and growth of our technology, and delivering strategic insights that elevate our product value. It’s a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Cohesity’s customers.
This is a high impact role requiring deep knowledge of our technology and use cases, strong leadership capabilities and an experienced leader to build, lead, and scale our Enterprise Customer Success organization. You'll oversee a multi-country team of Customer Success Senior Managers and Managers, who lead teams of Technical Account Managers (TAMs), responsible for driving retention, adoption, and expansion across our largest and most strategic customers in the region.
As a member of the global Customer Success Senior leadership team, you'll shape how Cohesity engages and retains enterprise customers across EMEA's diverse markets, strengthen executive relationships, and scale customer outcomes in partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Renewals. Success in this role means transform and position CS as a growth engine - proactive, outcome-driven advisory, with Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) as the shared scoreboard.
You'll need deep knowledge of Cohesity's technology and use cases, strong multi-geography leadership capability, fluency in industry-standard Customer Success methodology, and the strategic and analytical range to operate from the account team level up to the boardroom. The role will report directly to the global VP of Customer Success.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE
Customer Value & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Ensure customers realize measurable, ongoing value from Cohesity's platform, business outcomes, cost efficiency, performance, and operational resilience, guiding them through adoption, optimization, and scaling in production environments.
- Act as the strategic advisor and senior technical escalation point for the region's most strategic accounts, building deep, trust-based relationships with technical and operational stakeholders.
- Proactively surface risk, underutilized capability, and expansion opportunity, and partner with Account Managers, Support, Product, and Engineering to act on it, close the loop, and shape the roadmap.
- Define and track the KPIs that matter (adoption, value realization, customer health, and satisfaction) and represent the voice of the customer across the organization.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
