Senior Director, EMEA Marketing

The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, highly capable EMEA Marketing Senior Director to join our global marketing team. This role will primarily focus on driving EMEA marketing operations while leading field strategy and marketing execution across the region.
The ideal candidate will bridge EMEA operational framework standardization with regional GTM execution. You will be a marketing strategist willing to take on a variety of high-profile projects, from leading tier-1 global brand partnerships to directing the EMEA establishing GTM plan, performance scorecards and managing a high-performing field marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional sales teams to design and execute field events, channel marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), outbound communications, and demand-generation programs that grow leads, pipeline, brand awareness and customer retention in EMEA.
- Directly manage, mentor, and empower the EMEA field marketing team (4 direct reports) to achieve regional revenue and pipeline targets.
- Oversee the global execution of Neat’s partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, including VIP hospitality experiences, customer stories, and cross-regional communication content.
- Co-manage the international customer advisory board with the SVP of International Revenue and the APAC marketing director.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ongoing initiatives and uncover new market opportunities.
- Drive quarterly marketing cadence and efficiency by running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and data presentation frameworks across all sub-regions.
- Develop consistent regional scorecards and define quarterly marketing success metrics to inform strategy and track performance.

You are:
- Energized in fast-paced environments.
- A strategic operator, equally skilled at establishing executive frameworks and executing hands-on regional events and activations.
- Able to balance managing multi-regional campaigns simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Interested in operating in an honest and feedback-driven culture.
- Humble and ready to fail forward, learn together, and win as a team.
- A proven people leader, experienced in mentoring diverse teams and keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned on key priorities.
Your Experience:
- Proven Marketing Director with 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B collaboration or hardware technology environments in EMEA.
- Significant regional field and channel marketing exposure and direct people management experience overseeing field marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated success managing complex global sponsorships or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record building QBR frameworks, regional performance scorecards, and reporting metrics for executive leadership.
- Expertise across integrated marketing channels, including ABM, corporate showcase spaces/experience centers, trade shows, and demand generation.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Based in or able to commute to London, UK.
