What You’ll Do:
The EMEA Field Engineering organization is the technical engine of CoreWeave’s regional go-to-market. It brings together account-aligned technical teams and deep specialists to help customers design, validate, deploy, and scale production workloads on CoreWeave’s AI Cloud platform.
About the role:
The Senior Director of Product & Engineering, EMEA reports to the VP and Managing Director of EMEA, with a matrix reporting line to the Global VP of Field Engineering and SVP of Product. As the senior field technology leader for the region, you will lead all EMEA field technical functions, with direct management accountability for account-aligned technical teams and matrix leadership of specialist teams. You will set the regional technical strategy, build a consistently high level of mastery across the specialisms required to serve AI infrastructure customers, and ensure teams are motivated, appropriately deployed, and equipped to succeed.
Working across EMEA and global leadership, you will turn customer and business priorities into a disciplined technical operating model that accelerates adoption, expansion, and measurable value from CoreWeave’s AI Cloud platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the product strategy of CoreWeave is assimilated across field teams in EMEA and - working with field enablement - ensuring that all teams maintain a high level of product competency.
- Set and execute the EMEA Field Product & Engineering strategy, operating model, and priorities in partnership with the VP and Managing Director of EMEA, Global VP of Field Engineering and SVP of Product.
- Act as the senior field technology voice for EMEA, shaping go-to-market priorities, customer engagement models, technical positioning, and regional investment decisions.
- Lead the account-aligned technical organization with direct accountability for organization design, performance, coaching, succession, hiring, retention, and leadership development across EMEA.
- Provide matrix leadership to specialist technical teams, aligning priorities, coverage, engagement standards, and accountability while partnering effectively with their global functional leaders.
- Build a measurable technical mastery system—including skills assessments, learning plans, communities of practice, playbooks, reference architectures, and proof frameworks—that keeps teams current across AI infrastructure, compute, Kubernetes, networking, storage, security, observability, and AI/ML workloads.
- Create repeatable engagement mechanisms that move customers from discovery and architecture through validation, onboarding, production readiness, adoption, optimization, and expansion on CoreWeave’s AI Cloud platform.
- Serve as executive technical sponsor and escalation leader for strategic customers, advising C-suite and senior technical stakeholders and mobilizing field, specialist, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations resources around successful outcomes.
- Partner with EMEA sales leadership on account strategy, technical qualification, executive alignment, and resource allocation, sharing accountability for technical win rate, qualified pipeline, deal velocity, time to production, workload adoption, and expansion.
- Establish a rigorous regional operating cadence covering goals, metrics, forecasting, capacity and coverage planning, business reviews, and annual planning so performance and investment choices are visible and evidence based.
- Create a structured feedback loop from EMEA customers and field teams into Product and Engineering, translating recurring requirements, adoption blockers, competitive signals, and market dynamics into clear roadmap input.
- Represent CoreWeave’s technology vision through executive briefings, customer forums, conferences, and thought leadership, while bringing relevant market insight back into the business.
- Represent EMEA in global Field Engineering leadership, scale regional best practices across the company, and create an inclusive, high-performance environment in which teams are motivated and enabled to help customers adopt CoreWeave.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
