Director – Financial Services
Salary Range: £120-155k + comprehensive benefits
Location / Working Model: UK | Hybrid / Flexible

The Director – Financial Services will lead strategic client initiatives, strengthen senior relationships and help deliver the UK & EMEA Financial Services growth strategy while creating measurable value for clients.

Role Highlights
- Drive go-to-market activity and identify opportunities to grow strategic client accounts.
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior Financial Services decision-makers.
- Shape and deliver transformation programmes spanning strategy, technology, data, people and change.
- Lead initiatives across digital banking, payments, operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Develop consultants through project leadership, coaching and career support.
You Will Need
- Director-level experience within management consulting, advisory, professional services or Big 4 environments.
- Strong Financial Services experience across multiple sub-sectors.
- A proven record of developing client relationships and supporting commercial growth.
- Experience leading technology-enabled change and transformation programmes, ideally within the UK market.
- Confident communication, stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills.
