Senior Director, Global Accounts – Technology
Location: UK, Flexible (Regional)

As Senior Director, Global Accounts – Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping and strengthening relationships with some of the world's leading technology organisations. You will lead a team of Regional Key Account Managers while managing a portfolio of strategic global customers, helping them navigate complex supply chain challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.

What will you be doing?
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Key Account Managers, creating a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
- Drive commercial growth, customer retention, and account expansion across strategic technology accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer objectives and DSV's Technology Vertical strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial functions.
- Lead executive business reviews, governance meetings, strategic planning sessions, and customer growth initiatives.
- Support complex commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and long-term partnership development.
- Identify new opportunities through a deep understanding of customer supply chains, investment priorities, and market developments.
- Partner with Solution Design, Engineering, Business Development, and Operations teams to create innovative logistics solutions.
- Translate technology industry trends into customer value propositions and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure excellence in account planning, opportunity management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Represent DSV in executive customer discussions, industry events, and strategic forums.

About You
- You are a commercially driven and strategic leader who combines customer focus with strong people leadership.
- Significant experience in Global Account Management, Commercial Leadership, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing customer-facing commercial teams.
- Experience working with large multinational customers within logistics, supply chain, technology, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of technology supply chains, including areas such as electronics, semiconductors, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Track record of delivering profitable growth, customer retention, and strategic account expansion.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working successfully in a global matrix organization.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term growth ambitions with operational execution.
- A relevant university degree.
- Professional fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
