Job Description Summary

At The Coca-Cola Company, we believe that growth is powered by connection—and today, media is one of the most important engines of that connection. As consumers navigate an increasingly fragmented and technology-driven world, our challenge is clear: evolve beyond traditional practices and redefine how brands engage within an AI-powered, commerce-led ecosystem.

As Senior Director, Global Connected Media Strategy, you will be the architect of media strategies that position our brands at the forefront of cultural and technological relevance. This role is not about incremental change—it is about shaping what media looks like for the decade ahead. By harnessing data, consumer intelligence, and emerging technologies such as AI, agentic workflows, and generative systems, you will craft global frameworks that connect people to our brands in powerful, measurable ways.

This is a role for a growth-minded, future-focused leader who thrives on complexity, innovation, and impact. If you can imagine a world where media serves as a seamless link among content, commerce, and culture—and if you’re ready to turn that vision into scalable reality—this is the opportunity to make it happen.

The successful candidate will future proof our brand communication strategies through Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid media, ensuring continued relevance in a rapidly evolving consumer and technology landscape. By challenging the status quo and evolving beyond existing media practices, this leader will lead and harness media as a growth driver enabled by agentic solutions, data, culture, commerce, and innovation to create globally scalable media frameworks. The role will strengthen how brands connect with consumers today while building the media capabilities required for the decade ahead. The candidate to this role is a curious and future-focused change leader responsible for redefining how media drives growth in an increasingly AI-powered, creator-led, and commerce-connected ecosystem.

  • Lead Media Innovation & Emerging Capabilities

    • Champion the adoption of AI, agentic solutions, creator ecosystems, commerce-enabled media, and emerging technologies to redefine how consumers connect with brands.
    • Drive experimentation and innovation that stretches beyond traditional media practices and organizational comfort zones.
    • Transform audience intelligence, behavioral insights, and cultural understanding into actionable growth opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
