About the Role
As the Senior Director of Global Pricing, you will play a pivotal leadership role in RWS’s transformation into a tech-driven commercial organization. Reporting directly into executive leadership, you will lead the shift from traditional service-based pricing models to a unified, recurring revenue framework built on SaaS and consumption-based pricing.
This is a highly collaborative, enterprise-wide role. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to design and embed a holistic pricing ecosystem across our Generate, Transform, and Protect pillars. You will be the strategic driver behind packaging and bundling our proprietary technology with our world-class services, enabling scalable, high-margin growth and empowering our global sales teams through advanced CPQ automation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Pricing & Offer Design
- Lead the shift from transactional pricing to subscription and consumption models that capture full enterprise value.
- Build sophisticated pricing for integrated Tech + Service solutions across AI-driven products and human-in-the-loop services.
- Overhaul the Trados portfolio, moving from legacy licensing to a modern, multi-tier SaaS structure that maximizes ACV and accelerates adoption.
- Set commercially powerful pricing for high-growth ventures like AI Dubbing, enabling rapid global scale.
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance to co-create aligned, scalable pricing strategies across all pillars.
- Engage stakeholders early to secure buy-in and ensure pricing models are understood, adopted, and reinforced across the organization.
CPQ Digital Transformation
- Architect and lead the enterprise-wide CPQ transformation, creating one unified quoting engine across all commercial pillars.
- Enable sales teams to autonomously build complex quotes combining subscriptions, API usage, and tiered service credits.
- Implement intelligent approval workflows that remove Deal Desk friction and dramatically increase commercial velocity.
- Partner with Sales Ops, IT, and regional leaders to ensure CPQ reflects real-world needs and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Run cross-functional working groups to align priorities, resolve blockers, and secure adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
