Senior Operations Leader | FTC with Permanent Opportunity | UK
I'm working exclusively with a market-leading organisation that delivers complex operational services and transformation programmes for some of the UK's largest and most recognisable businesses.
As they continue to grow, they're looking to appoint a Senior Operations Leader to take ownership of several strategic client portfolios and lead operational transformation at scale.
This is a genuinely broad leadership role. You'll have accountability for operational performance, commercial delivery, client relationships and customer outcomes, whilst leading a workforce of over 2,000 colleagues across the UK and offshore. You'll work closely with the executive team to drive transformation, improve service performance and ensure clients receive exceptional outcomes.

We're keen to speak with senior leaders who have experience of:
- Leading large, multi-site operational teams within BPO, outsourcing or complex service environments.
- Owning executive client relationships across multiple accounts.
- Delivering large-scale operational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Holding P&L, commercial and service delivery accountability.
- Operating within regulated environments with strong governance and risk frameworks.

This could be an excellent fit for experienced COOs, Operations Directors, Customer Directors, Service Delivery Directors, Client Directors or similar senior operational leaders.
The role is offered initially as a Fixed Term Contract, with a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent leadership position.
