Senior Director of Product Offerings
Alice is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in online safety. As Big Tech companies move beyond traditional, reactive moderation, Alice is building the agentic future of Trust & Safety. We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Offerings to bridge the gap between our high-level T&S expertise and the scalable, automated products required by the world's largest platforms.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on incubating new ideas, pushing from 0 to 1, scaling, and productization. You will be responsible for transforming bespoke moderation workflows and investigation methodologies into a portfolio of repeatable, data-driven offerings that empower global enterprises to deploy agentic safety systems at scale.
This role is not about "Red Teaming" or research. It is about execution and scale. You will work closely with the VP Product and the Professional Services teams to capture domain expertise and embed it into the core Alice product suite, ensuring that the next generation of AI safety is both automated and enterprise-ready.
Core Responsibilities:
- Productization Strategy - Identify high-value T&S workflows within Big Tech environments and architect their transformation into scalable, standardized product offerings.
- Maintain Data moat - Define Alice data assets as a durable differentiation strategy for all of the company's offerings, services, and product lines.
- Agentic Moderation - Lead the product roadmap for transitioning manual and basic-automated moderation to agentic systems capable of autonomous investigation and enforcement.
- Scaling for Big Tech - Design offerings specifically for the infrastructure and policy requirements of platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok, ensuring high-throughput and low-friction adoption.
- Deliver bespoke projects - Although secondary, lead demand and learn from existing and new incoming projects, which requires the full cycle of requirement collection, development, and delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
