Senior Director, Regional Marketing | Global Lifestyle Brand | Competitive Salary
We are partnering with a globally recognised consumer brand to appoint a Senior Director, Regional Marketing to connect global strategy with regional growth across an increasingly international business.
This is a senior marketing leadership role for someone who understands how to build community-rich brands, respond to cultural moments and turn global brand strategy into locally relevant campaigns, activations and experiences. The Senior Director, Regional Marketing will work closely with the CMO, global marketing functions and regional teams to ensure the brand remains consistent while feeling genuinely relevant in every market.
The role will suit a senior marketer from premium fashion, lifestyle, beauty or DTC who understands consumer culture, trending products and the importance of creating meaningful connections with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global marketing strategy into clear, locally relevant plans across multiple international markets.
- Identify opportunities around consumer trends, cultural moments, trending products, partnerships and activations.
- Ensure regional marketing remains aligned to global brand positioning while reflecting local consumer behaviour.
- Represent regional priorities within global strategy, challenging and strengthening plans where needed.
- Lead a team supporting regional campaigns, launches, partnerships and local activations.
- Connect regional teams with the right global creative, brand, digital and marketing expertise.
- Share consumer insight, market intelligence and best practice across regions.
- Build strong relationships across Global Marketing, regional leadership and wider business teams.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching through a matrixed, dotted-line structure.
- Act as a senior partner to the CMO on regional growth, opportunities and priorities.

Key Requirements
- Significant senior marketing experience within a global consumer, premium fashion, lifestyle, beauty or DTC brand.
- Proven experience translating global strategy into effective regional or local marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer culture, brand communities, social trends and cultural relevance.
- Experience across brand, communications, retail marketing and consumer engagement.
- Strong experience leading through matrixed or dotted-line structures across multiple markets.
- Excellent strategic judgement and the ability to balance global consistency with local relevance.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Commercial, curious and culturally aware, with the confidence to challenge constructively and move quickly.
- Proven ability to build alignment across complex international organisations.
